Refund Policy
If for any reason you have received an incorrect item or your order has not been delivered and your not happy with your order please contact us at avonsbutcheryorders@gmail.com with your order number.
You must notify Avon's Butchery via email within 24 hours of the delivery being made. Do not consume or disposed of items until you have heard back as we will need you to send photos of the product. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a credit if more than 24 hours have passed since the arrival of your order.
If Avon's Butchery asks you to ship back the goods please use the address provided below.
Please pack the item/items securely in the box your meat was delivered in. All products must be returned in good condition, in the original packaging (if possible) to receive full credit.We will send all this information to you in an email if we require you to send the goods back.
