Delivery Information

When will my order arrive?

You can choose your own delivery date when placing your order online. We deliver Wednesday through Friday, nation wide.

We cut each meat box to order to ensure you are getting the freshest meat possible. To ensure this we have to have a cut off time for orders, please see below for the earliest that you can receive your order based on the time that you're ordering:

  • Order before 7pm Monday, and receive your order on Wednesday on our Nation wide Delivery service, or Tuesday on Auckland express delivery service.

  • Order before 7pm Tuesday, and receive your order on Thursday on our Nation wide Delivery service, or Wednesday on Auckland express delivery service.

  • Order before 7pm Wednesday, and receive your order on Friday on our Nation wide Delivery service, or Thursday on Auckland Express Delivery service.

  • After this point, orders will be working their way through our butchery so cannot be cancelled or amended. If you have any problems regarding your order please contact us via email at avonsbutcheryorders@gmail.com
     

How do you deliver and when?

We proudly partner with a national courier network, NZ Couriers for our Overnight Delivers who track your delivery.  All our meat is packed with slow temper gel-ice packs in your box to keep your meat chilled both during delivery and also sitting at your door.


We know how busy weekdays can be so you don’t need to be home when we deliver; we can leave your box in a designated area, just let us know by including delivery instructions at check out.

  

When will i receive my order?

You can choose your own delivery date when placing your order online. We deliver Wednesday to Friday New Zealand. As for timing, order typically arrive between 9am and 3pm and are left at your doorstep or another easily deliverable location at your home or workplace (just let us know in the 'delivery notes' section of your order)

 

Can I track my order?

Yes absolutely, you can track your order by going to the Account Info screen (right-hand corner), clicking your order, and then clicking on the courier tracking number.
